Elaine HammerDirector of Human Resources Elaine earned a BS in Accounting from Sioux Falls College and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of South Dakota. Elaine began working for Buskerud Construction in 1999 as Personnel Administrator on a part-time basis. She began working full-time for the Company in 2000. She currently processes payroll for several companies and handles all Human Resources functions. In addition, Elaine utilizes her considerable knowledge and experience in information systems to help design reports and streamline our system processes. |
