Dean P. Herll

Vice President Construction

Dean earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Dean's employment with Buskerud Construction started in 1996 as Project Manager and Estimator. Dean is currently responsible for overseeing all of the company's construction operations.

Dean was instrumental in the company's largest contract as a subcontractor on the first ever design-build project for the SDDOT in Sioux Falls on I-229. This project was with the joint venture of Gilbert Central and Parsons Engineering and involved significant scheduling, design assistance, creativity and dedication. Prior to working for Buskerud Construction he worked for Sweetman Const. Co. as an Estimator in the Rapid City Office.
