Spruce Glen Housing Development

Situated alongside the Dells Rocky Run Golf Course in Dell Rapids, SD, this multi-phased family housing project continues to grow and bring new families to town.  This project started in 1998 when an additional nine holes were added to the existing golf course.  During the initial phase, light grading, surveying, seeding and project management were handled by Buskerud.  Since the initial phase we have been involved with coordinating subcontractors, providing construction services such as gravel surfacing, light grading, erosion control and project management.  We continue to provide our construction know how on this design build project to build an affordable housing development for families of all ages in relaxing Dell Rapids.
